Transition support

C Success Transition Program

If you have been accepted to Conestoga College and require support from Accessible Learning, we invite you to participate in the C Success Transition Program, an orientation program designed for students who face barriers to participating in college life. It is an opportunity to learn more about what to expect at college and become familiar with a new learning environment.

The program takes place the week of August 19th. Please note the date for your campus. If your campus is not listed, you are welcome to attend a campus location convenient for you. If you can't make it to campus, but are still interested in accessing the workshop material, select "online" for your campus on the registration form and we will send you a link to view a pre-recorded workshop.
